These are available to you at The Cargo Building at no additional cost

  • 30MB broadband from the moment you move in

  • Onsite bike storage
  • Regular resident events and newsletters


To start an application, an upfront payment of £250 is required which is offset against the first month’s rent. References will then be undertaken and the property reserved for you. If the reference checks are not passed and you cannot provide a suitable guarantor, we may not be able to complete your application and we reserve the right to withhold this payment.

The tenancy deposit is six weeks rent paid in advance of your tenancy. Rent is paid monthly in advance.

No Rental Fees!

At The Cargo Building we do not charge any fees to tenants.

Council Tax and Utilities

You will be responsible for paying your own council tax and utility bills. There is no gas at the building so it’s just water and electricity.

Car Parking

Car parking spaces are available from £75 per month.


High speed 30MB broadband is included. Upgrades are available at an additional cost through a separate contract.


Sky Q is available at a preferential rate of £35 per month, subject to a 12 month contract with Sky.


We are happy for you to hang pictures or re-paint walls to suit your style, however once your tenancy ends the apartment must be returned in the same condition as at the beginning of your tenancy, to avoid deductions from your deposit.

Pet Policy

We are pet friendly at The Cargo Building. If you have a pet, get in touch to ask about our pet policy.
